Tiburon Bay Residence

An encounter between restraint, craft, and ever-changing light
Perched above the San Francisco Bay, this private residence—designed by Walker Warner with interiors by Nicolehollis—offers a subtle choreography between architecture, art, and landscape. Built into the hillside, the home opens gradually to its surroundings, offering framed views of fog drifting through the Golden Gate and sunsets spilling over Marin.
In this quiet dialogue with nature, the Desert sofa by Marmol Radziner finds its place. Positioned on the terrace, its sculptural presence and generous proportions anchor the outdoor living space, inviting reflection, conversation, or simply the act of watching the weather shift.

The project is a study in composed restraint—where zinc, cedar, and bronze converge with curated furniture and natural textures to support, rather than distract from, the extraordinary views beyond. DANAO’s presence here complements that ethos: refined, intentional, and built to endure.
